Farmington Leasing Limited is Canada’s only  leasing company dedicated solely to providing financing for commercial abatement, restoration, cleaning and concrete preparation equipment. Since 1990, Farmington has been providing leasing services to restoration, carpet cleaning and water damage mitigation companies from Victoria, BC to St. John’s, Newfoundland. We founded the company to provide a source of equipment financing for small and mid-sized restoration businesses that were unable to get satisfactory or timely help from large leasing companies or banks. Our knowledge of the industry and equipment and our commitment to supporting our customers in both good times and tough times has been the basis for our very high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
